With the capture of BERNIE MADOFF, and others who have de-fraud investors to the tune of Billions of dollars, it pains my heart to KNOW that clients of mine have suffered the same fate, and with the AUTHORITIES cracking down of predatory scam artist that rock the very core of the financial word, sadly we have been involved with another "madoff" type of shady individual.
This is to notify anyone doing business now, or have done business in the past 5 (five) years with LYS CONSULTING FIRM LLC, DR.LAWRENCE SMITH, HEATHER MAY, located at 3500 lenox road ATLANTA GA, 30326... THESE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO JAIL FOR FRAUD, AND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM ARE SUBJECT TO INVESTIGATION, and JAIL as well ALL OF THE PROPER AUTHORITIES HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. In the past couple of weeks it has come to my attention in the form of a certified document that DR LAWRENCE SMITH AND HEATHER MAY have mis-represented themselves in a number of deals, and have de-fruad individuals to the number that could reach the millions of dollars. I also have first hand account in the form of my client, Randolph Jones who had wired thousands into his account, on the 16th of November 2009, and who is RWA to complete his AFFIDAVIT, along with these other gentlemen JEFFERY HALL, and JONES PHOENIX, WITH WHOM I HAVE HAD A LENGTHY CONVERSATION WITH are RWA to give their AFFIDAVIT, this is just a sample of who is involved, and who are willing to make sure that these people are sitting inside of a jail. I also have intimate knowledge of a the same scam that was perpetrated in the state of California. I also have intimate knowledge that they DR.SMITH, AND HEATHER MAY, have received considerable upfront monies from that state, to the fact that MS.MAY was given $25, 000 by DR.SMITH about a month ago. We have tried for several weeks to collect our monies that was taken by a fraud, and even after acknowledging that the service that we paid for was not rendered we were told "GOOD LUCK" in trying to obtain our monies by DR.SMITH. DR.SMITH is not too bright, prior to this debacle and the out-right LIES, he forgets that we have a signed copy of the agreement between, LESLIE INGHAM and DR.SMITH agreeing to refund the monies in he event of no performance, he also knows that the arrangement of the wire transfer between RANDY JONES going to DR.SMITH was for the purchase of an SKR, involving a 53, 000 cts NEELAMAMI blue GEM for use in a PPP, we have also every EMAIL, TEXT recorded where he said that he has refunded the money, or was in the process of sending the money back to my client, so it will be incredibly difficult for him to back on his word, or to act as if he has no idea of what we are referring about, also he has NEVER DISAGREED about the payment, we also have the wire coordinates that link his bank account to my clients bank account to verify. on one of my hundreds of phone calls to DR.SMITH, he had informed me that "although he did not produce the instrument, what we paid for is this, that we had only paid for thier "TIME" getting out of the bed, getting on first class flights, initiating the conversation with the bank... their $400 a night hotel, and the...$300 an hour for their time"...this is what I was told by DR.SMITH!!
THE SCAM: They DR.SMITH, AND HEATHER MAY, perpetrate as if they have a JV agreement with the owner(s) of some very valuable stones, they tell the potential investor that for a fee, they can partner with them, and along with the owner(s) of the stones, place the stones into a private placement program PPP, and share the profits. The problem is that after the investor has sent the initial upfront capital, they make up some lame excuse about why they could not perform, and they then try to steer you to another instrument for another payment. CASE IN POINT, after 3 weeks of no performance, I RAYMOND FOSTER, contacted DR.SMITH about my client RANDY JONES capital, we had wired thousands into his TENNESSEE BANK OF AMERICA account, for an SKR safekeeping receipt, that was suppose to come out of the BofA in NEW JERSEY that he was to produce, I was informed by DR.SMITH that our "trader" did not have a sufficient credit-line, and that he could send the SKR to one of his "traders", but it would be in our best interest to then purchase a "BG" bank guarantee that he would "only" charge us 3-4 points upfront for the use of the BG. DR.SMITH and HEATHER are both crooks and scam artist, they are willing to take your calls when you are about to send them your money, but after no performance, they then become INCREDIBLY busy, eating, and talking to "100's" of clients, and cannot answer the phone.This is the same lame tactic that was used on JEFFERY HALL, and JONES PHOENIX a few short years ago, there are a slew of other clients, at this point if you choose to ignore this warning, and continue to do business with that firm, you do it at your own peril, he IS GOING TO JAIL!
