I like to bring to your knowledge last year 15/ jun / 2010, I got special offer mobile Internet AED 99/= three month plan, after three month I canceled my internet line September /15/2010, I went AL BHARHA branch in Deira Dubai, I given application to cancel my mobile internet line,
But I received October bill some Additional billing charges 3.5G data packages. I got surprised why like this; than I called 101 help line they tolled. There was some technical problem so go to main office, and then I made complaint, now they are telling you used your mobile internet,
1. my question once canceled line how can I open my internet line, control is with Etisalat,
2. That plan was three month only, after three moth right time I canceled. Then how can get it. They given one mobile modem that one I try to use but it has not working in laptop.
3. I using last 16 years that same mobile number. now got banishment,
4. we are looking for economic service, finally the Etisalat charging 4 time Additional billing charges.
There’s some technical problem or purposely doing like this we don’t know.
Like this lots of people telling this type of Additional billing charges.
Note: that sways the people are diverting to DU, communication, everybody not like this making complaint.
Please I request to you have to consider above charges reveres to my account / I try to use same numbers
