Absolutley the worst service!! We had a ladies nite out this weeken and halfway going to the NYC from CT the sun roof fell on top of 5 ladies, we had to force the driver to stop the limo and put the sunroof on! To top it off it was freezing this weekend. The driver seemed incompetenant to fix the situation. The cd player didnt work, it smelled and it was dirty. Then on our way back, the tire needed air, he had plenty of time to fix that before we left the club, and he still didnt do it. Then the sun roof flew off, and the limo driver didnt stop nor did provide any reason on why the sun roof was not screwed on correctly!! so we were freezing the entire ride back, 5 of us caught bronchitis and pneumonia! When we called to complain, and since he still has our deposit. The JACKASS NICK started cursing us out, totally unprofessional and kept hanging up on us. We told him he will be contacted by our lawyers and the better business bureau and he told us he didnt care! NEVER EVER GET A LIMO FROM THEM!!
