On the 27 Aug 09 we phoned Trojan call centre to have our Treadmill repaired.They said they would sms us when the technicians would asses the machine, they smsed on friday and hour before they came. The Technicians were very rude and unhelpful and told us the machine could not be repaired when asked why, they changed their story and said they could not take it to the workshop cause their bakkie was full. They didn't give us any indication on when they would collect the machine. On Wed 3 Sep 09 we phoned to find out what was happening and they told us they would sms us before they would come collect the machine. They couldn't give us a date or time. We would really like to repair this treadmill as buying a new one would be very costly.

If anyone knows of anyone who does repairs to treadmills please could you let us know cause we are having no joy with Trojan.
