No response from a week's worth of emails to their supposed "Customer Service" contact, Mike. I called them to inquire about my order and they left me on hold for 10 minutes while transferring me back and forth between 3 different people, only to tell me that the item was not available and had been reordered. No estimate on shipping time, now 3 weeks from order date and no response to my update requests. I have no idea why they even have a website -- if they can't respond to legitimate orders/requests, they need to get out of the online game and stick to their brick-and-mortar business.
Since I am on a time-schedule (rebuilding a client's computer), I told them that I needed to know a time or I'd have to cancel my order. They said I could either wait without knowing when it would arrive, or I could respond to the original invoice email with a "Cancel Request." It's kind of hard to believe that they'd cancel my order if they can't even respond to my multiple emails even a week later.
I would NOT recommend this company unless you enjoy trusting your credit card with a suspicious company who has poor business ethics and customer service. STAY AWAY.
