This company continuely changes their website currently (Macanimestore.com). They will take your money and not send you your item. Nor will they answer the phone, return phone messages, reply to emails, or refund your money per your request. "Buyers Beware". They also are known as AnimeDVDbox.com., Ganzi.com, and go by several other names. I have disbuted the charges with my bank and have contacted the Oconee County Police in South Carolina (1-864-638-4111) and filed a report. This is where the company is supposed to be. We will see! Everything seem to point to a Scam or this is a very bad place to do business. Either way I will never do business with them again! I will research businesses on here before buying on the internet again. I wish the FCC would do something about this person and prevent them from spoiling our purchasing enjoyment on the web!

I ordered a product in June 2009, I receave a email after several week, as message bellow,

"Part of your order has been cancelled because of NOT in stock for long time.
They won’t be available for long time so we had to cancel.
Before we give you a refund,
would you mind us sending you In store credit instead of credit card refund?

I ask them to cash back (refaund) since they has been already charged on my credit card. and still have not gotten any money back from them. and I sent several emails to ask money back ASAP, MacAnimeStore just ignor my emial. never respoind.

I am upset thier reaction.
