We really haven't been experiencing this from Macawnings. They were very quick to come out for a quote, but after paying the 30% deposit we have been experiencing the most unprofessional service ever struggling for the past three months.

After complaining about the poor product they delivered they came out to see how they can fix it to deliver their so called service excellence even taking photos - wow!!. After three weeks we had to phone them ourselves once again, just to hear there is someone scheduled the next day to come and remove and take new measurements that without arranging with us. Now suddenly we also need to pay in, because of their faulty measurements.

I've been stating clealry in vain that I want my moneyback and then they can come and remove their junk. Everyone is just passing the buck.

PLEASE DO NOT USE MACAWNINGS!!! There is much better and reliable awning places out there, do make use of those that indicate a street address and showroom.
