Hi, I've had many complaints about McDonalds, but this one just tops it all and I've had enough!! My husband and I went to Macca's at North Parramatta on Sunday 30/08/09 approx 2.15pm. We ordered our food and stood back and waited for them to call our order out, 10mins had passed and still no sign of our food but every other customer that ordered after us were getting theirs, so we stood there patiently for a further 10mins and still no food. so my husband walked over and asked where our food was. They had no idea where it was so we had to give it again. So 5mins later the manager brings it out COLD! Being that I'm pregnant in the early stages of 14 weeks I have to have it fresh, so I asked if they could make it fresh. Another 5mins later she brought my Angus burger out to me, I took one bite and spat it right back out. IT WAS RAW!!! THIS COULD CAUSE A MISCARRIAGE, OR A DEFORMITY!! Not only was the food crapp so was the service. They don't smile, listen, use any manners whatsoever and they look bored and could'nt give a shit about being there, But that's teenagers for you. You seriously need to re-think and revise who you hire in the future and hire workers who would be more grateful and appreciate having a job. And also while I'm having a winge whats the deal with charging customers for sauce? (bbq) It displays it in the picture on the burger so it should come with it for free. There is no where at all displaying an extra's charge for items. I would very much like feed back regarding this complaint.
