staff rudeness
i was on my way to pick up my granddaughter from school and on my way i thought it would be nice to get her a macdonalds. i pulled into the drive through at the bromborough complex store and sat waiting at the automated machine for someone to take my order. after sitting there for ten mins and realizing i was going to be late for my grandaughter i went in side. inside there was one girl serving absolutley caked in make up who told me the till for the drive through had gone down, i told her maybe someone should have gone out side to let the people know who were waiting she replied with theres not enough people here to be going outside. there was no one at the counter and there was about ten staff behind so i told her i could see plenty of staff. her reply was go away im not serving you i dont like your attitude. excuse the pun i was gob smacked. the manager then served me and i told him that her attitude and her make up flaking off over the food was going to lose him custom. i no for sure i will not be going back, what a horrible person she was.

nasty mgr/wrong food
i went through the drive through and ordered my wrap, i asked for big mac sauce, was greeted by a nice lady. got the wrap and drove away to find they forgot the sauce. i decided that i would drive back to get it right, i'm going to skip the drama, but you need to address the cook, she was very nasty to your help. I saw 2 of your employees upset. I was upset. I backed up the line because i waited for the wrap, they gave out 2 order by hand, and then I got my wrap. I waited with the car running 7 minutes. GASOLINE!!! and guess what, there was no sauce.
I don't need an attitude at that place its bad enough I have to have it for my dinner. LOL

Bad customer service
Im just writing this complain about the service that we had this morning @ around 10.35am @ the Dapto Mcdonalds drive thru.I ordered for 2 happy meals with 3 nuggets for both happy ..the girl that was serving me kept on asking me frequently the same thing over and over again after about 5 mins she said "ok just drive around" in an abrupt way, i drove around and she asked me again in a rude way what i wanted, she wasn't even smiling at all, so i told her again and she was pressing the tilt hard and i could tell that she was not in a good mood..i had my mum in the front seat who was here on holidays and my two little boys at the back, my mum turned around and told me "she can't even smile what kind of customer service is this"...i kindly told her that she will be serving 100's of customer today so if she could just smile..i then told her that i wanted to see the manager, well miss manager came i explained the situation her answer was just i will talk to her...i hope that this is not the kind of service t get on next drive thru, i think she needs a lot of customer service trainig...

Shocking Service
I took my family for supper at Macdonalds in Pinelands in Cape Town on Sunday the 10/04/2011. I recieved such terrible service it was shocking, the cashier named Lucinda was unfriendly and spoke to me in the most disrespectful manner. As well as badmouthing previous customers infront of me, which was so unprofessional. I sent a complaint to Macdonalds, and they have still not responded. I would not recommed them to anybody after this bad experience.

Toxic food
After seeing the CBC documentary "Food Inc." on the passionate eye, I have only returned once to Macdonalds, only to get sick at the thought and the sight of their product.
Until Macdonalds cleans up it's act with the raising of cattle and other farm (or shoud I say, houses of horror, rather than farm) animals, so abhorent that the finsihed product has to be treated with amonia to reduce its toxic levels to marginally acceptable levels, I will never eat at these restaurants again. The cows / steers even have to be put on antibiotics from the time they are born to slaughter, in order to survive the force feeding of grain which is cheap but toxic to these creatures. There is an old saying that we are what we eat, and I dont thin Frankensteer makes the grade. Even the farmers who are force to raise their product's this way at the mercy of Macdonals dont agree with it have little choice to comply or get out of the business.

Won a prize through MacDonalds 2010 Monopoly game, says to go to snapfish.com/mc2010 to claim prize. It's a joke, there is no place to claim a prize. MacDonalds wins again.

Scam, false advertising
I went to all 3 MacDonalds in my city. They each have a huge advertisement of the Monopoly game they have going. The first sentence is that no purchase is required to play. So I asked for a free Monopoly piece. They said you need to by a meal. I showed them their advertisement right in front of the counter. Their reply was always you buy and meal and the Monopoly piece comes free. I said you sign says no purchase required. Your telling me it is required. I had bought an ice coffee, but that did not quality. You had to purchase a meal to get a piece. This is definitely false advertising.
I tried to find a way to complain to the MacDonalds headquarters, but there web site does not give you anyway to complain, only how do get a franchise or job or coupons, etc.

Ordered food for myself and children, none of us eat pickles. Got home, dropped off children and went to work. Opened up one of my sandwichs while driving on way to work, tags on every one says w/o pickle. Had pickles. Called store and a woman named Joy was rude, called me a liar and actually expected me to go home and get sandwiches from my children, which also had pickles on them, saying "we don't give away free sandwiches here". I did remove the pickle from the one sandwich I ate and have the other 2 still in bag which I will go to store, present them, and hope that this woman is fired for her lack of customer service. I never asked for anything for free, but in my world, I do expect to get what I pay for, and I certainly did not pay for the bad attitude and lack of good customer service. On top of it all, she hung up on me. Obviously, I figure you guys won't do a thing about it. But I will be sure to let others know about my experience and myself and my family will no longer patronize your franchise. Michael Johanson Central States Communications
