and they said they couldn't answer my order till I got to the second window and I came at 2:10 and they came to the window at 5:59
and I told them I was going to complain and they said shut yo fat ass up
and said go complain about my fat ass so bitch if you don't mack changes I will stop eating there.
and buger king seved me a triple whooper in just 60 seconds


U NEED TO MAKE SOME DAM CHANGES

Dear MacDonald’s Team

I was a very big lover of MacDonald’s but I had a very bad customer experience with MacDonald’s Egypt.
They announced that there is a promotion as follows : By purchasing an upsized combo you will grant a Free Cinema ticket when purchasing another one .
We picked one from the listed cinemas and when we went there they informed us that this in only valid for certain movies which have been produced by a certain movie production company” The Arabic company for production “and we didn’t get the ticket, I don’t mind at all but this is not mentioned by any mean anywhere on the ticket or on the promotion flyer .
This is unprofessional and to launch untrue or fake proposals it is not matching with a reputable well know place like MacDonald’s .
I want to express my anger and dissatisfaction towards what happened and I am expecting your support .

I will be waiting for your feedback to act accordingly.

The drive through service and inside service is terrible at store #28181. I have told them time and time again when there is something wrong, and they just seem like oh well I am working a minimum wage job. I have worked a lot jobs of this nature in the service industry. I went to school and I still work in service. so I know what I see is someone that doesnt care anymore about doing a good job.

I asked the Woman at the drive through for a number 13 meal large, three times. she says the price and drive to the first window, if she said back the order to me then I just couldnt understand her. I paid and thought it was strange that it only cost 6.29. I went to the second window and I see that the server there was making up a med tea. I told him that I asked for a large. he told me that I would have to go inside the store to get the order fixed.

that on the surface seems resonable, but. knowing that particular store at 12 o'clock is pure chaos. and I would have to stand in line and wait for someone to acknowledge me standing there. I have seen too much appathy at that store. so I went back to the office, I didnt have the time to go in and correct a mistake that could have been avoided if the people in the drive through would be efficient and not rushed.

when I pulled away and got on the road I looked in the bag and most of the fries were dumped out of the box and there were no napkins or a straw for my ice tea. I am attaching a photo of what the contents of what the bag looked like

employees using foul langeuage in front of childern and elderly ladies during dinner rush an d Management did nothing to stop the language. My family and I will not go into this store or any other MacDonalds if this is the way they want to coduct bussiness, I get better service from Wendys and will contiue to frequent their food stores

While my wife was ordering our food i stood to 1 side and just observed
the guys on drive thru filling up the cartons with fries the excess just fell back into the tray after filling the required amount wiped their
hands on there clothes then carried on unfortunately not one of the guys were wearing any form of hand protection and as we are having problems with all the flu ect you would think the management would be the first to address this issue so as from my observations we decided it might be safer to eat at home
