coffee price
I would like to know why a takeaway flat white coffee is $3.15 at Tweed Heads and $2.80 at Runaway Bay Qld.

food poisening
My girlfriend, her mum and her mums boyfriend visitid the macdonalds store in eastbourne today, came home and they were all vially sick. We all had a think about it and came to the deffinative conclusion that as they had only eaten macdonalds to day and were the only people in the family to have, there is no dout in mine or any one elses mind that it was food poisening from there store.

STALE BUNS/OVERCHARGED
I TOOK MY DAUGHTER TO MACDONALDS SO SHE COULD PLAY IN THE PLAY AREA AFTER WE ATE. AFTER ORDERING OUR FOOD WE HEADED TO THE PLAY AREA, IT WAS FILTHY SO WE TOOK OUR FOOD HOME TO EAT. WHEN I GOT HOME I FOUND THAT THE BUN ON MY QUARTERPOUNDER WAS INCREDIBLY STALE SO I ATE ONLY THE BURGER. I HAD ORDERED MY SANDWICH WITH NO CHEESE AND NO ONION, THAT PART WAS CORRECT, BUT AS I WAS LOOKING AT THE BILL I NOTICED I WAS BILLED FOR EXTRA CHEESE. FILTHY-OVERCHARGED-AND STALE FOOD, I WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT MACDONALDS AGAIN.

messed up orders
They never ever give me straws when i get drinks. There is always some item missing from my order they are rude and totally unproffesional it is sad

wrong order
Hi, Ordered 3 chicken and bacon legends with mayo. when order arrived one burger missing from order, got home the legends had no bacon and had salsa on them not mayo.

service
There are currently deals on where if you buy a large extra value meal, you get a free coca cola glass with every purchase. All to collect six different colours. My friend and I both got a large meal to get the glasses. When we asked for a specific colour the staff member told us we could not have a glass because they had none left. I said that they should have told us before hand so we would have known not to buy the meal and they would not give me a receipt so i could claim the glasses on another date. They did would not give me my money back or offer anything instead. I am highly disappointed with the service and not receiving our glasses.

again we had to wait in a bay having ordered our food.every time we go to this particular macdonalds we have to wait. we still waited this morning although there was no one else there. this is definately not good enough and leaves a lot to be desired

Hair in sandwich!
On May 14 /08 I ordered lunch to find a hair in my crispy chicken classic combo. Took it back and was given another one with no sorry or even them suggesting maybe to reimburse some of my money back. Needless to say I could only eat not even half of my lunch because i had lost my appetite do to the hair. The place wasn't very clean and nobody cooking had hair nets under there hats even with long hair. The workers were also very loud on personal conversations that the place could here " that somebody threw out chocolate chunks for somebody else's found. She went on and on. I have eaten there many times before, this was a very unpleasant day.

Drivethrough service!
Every time I use the drivethrough at the Blenheim I get the wrong order I just don't see why they can't get it right, I've been there 3 times this month and they have gotten my order wrong everytime. From now on I will go in and make sure I get what I ordered which I shouldn't have to do.
