i bought the car from the gold supplier in alibaba.com for sum of USD 5, 340 since november 1, 2010. before i asked alibaba.com to verify if the company is genuine, one lady replied her name is Malyna Liu and gave me an assuarance. after i contacted the company to provide all documents for payments, and the company told me the shipping schedule is 11nov and arrive in dar, Tanzania 13dec. from that date the company promide to send documents every day, i decided to report again to Malyna who replied dont wory the company will send soon, but up to december 2010, no responnse from malyna and the company, also the webiste since dec 2010 is not found. from there i decided to report to fair play fund for refund of the loss. they asked me to send all the evidences i did, but they replied to me and say they have terminated the contract for this company due to ilegal practices and also told me they will see if i will be eligible to apply the refund.
i wonder why Malyna from alibaba is not responding is she a scamer. please help to get my full refund. i have tried to attach all evidences but the format is not recognized, please what could i do.
