When i went on line to apply for a macys card i had no idea what my limit was so i did get a card in the mail 2 weeks later after .they charged my card for applying for the card and letting me order online.well than i wrote to the person from macys and a lady called me and i asked if i could ues my card to shop at macys cause i got a rewards card from macys she said yes go ahead use your card so i did when i got to the store i bought things that cost 79.00 so i gave the lady my card and she said i am sorry but you need to make a payment of 5.00 so i didnt understand and made a payment for 80.00 okay i talked to the person again on the phone and i said i hope this wont happen again cause its embarracing well she said no this is only this time and it wont happen again my daughter was with me and she said well we hope so. again on 12/3/08 i made another payment online for 25.00 it was already taken out of my account and when i went to go do some x-mas shopping it was 252.00 and they declined my card and again i went on the phone at the store and than she told me my limit was only for 100.00 well she said you have 58.00 yopu can charge and you need to pay the rest some other way.well again passing shame i was so upset that i told the casher here is the card i dont want it any more and this card is costing me each month 1.89 for insurance so the lady says well i hope this big bad company get every thing they deserve for all the shame they put poor people like me tru and if i could sue them i would.macys you are bad and rpi offs.why didnt that lady tell me to begin with i had only 100.00 to charge.i never would of used that card at all.
