on Oct. 31, 2010 I purchased a pair of shoes as a gift (Order #1635)for $224.10. I received the shoes on or around Nov. 10, 2010 and the recipient of the gift stated the shoes were too small. The company sizing chart says the us equivalent to a size 13 mens shoe is europe size 43. I later found out this is incorrect, europe size 46 is equivalent to a men shoe US 13. I emailed madisoncollections.com and per their policy they do not accept returns without them sending you a RMA #. I was advised to use RMA # 1635 and I shipped the shoes back to an international address per their request. They received the shoes on nov. 22, 2010 from the united states postal svc. (eh792541454us) The number the website provides 1-800-769-6501 just disconnects you after holding for about 5 minutes. No one ever answers. After emailing them several times requesting the status of my refund minus their noted 20% restocking fee. No one has ever responded to my emals.

I ordered a pair of shoes in early January. They charged my credit card the next day and the shoes have never been delivered. I have tried to call numerous times only to be told there will be a 20 minute wait (always the same answer) and when waiting on the phone it is disconnected so you never get through. I have written emails and there is no response. Terrible company and will never deal with them again.
