I had purchased eureka forbes on 14/6/2005, on completion of my one year i had entered into 2 years AMC by issuing a cheque of Rs.1790 vide chqno.901191 dated: 28/06/2006 receipt no. 13234289(issued by eureka forbes). I was not given any service for the same, on inquiring i was informed that my amount of AMC has not received by the company, on repeatedly giving them the chq details i was always committed that they will get back to me, till date i have not got any positive reply. On my repeated calling i always give them my chq details but not found a solution for this.
I have been convinced by the cc that if i can renew my contract and then check on the complaint with higher rep, so i renewed my contract again in 2008 for two years but not yet found solution for my previous problem. The customer care executives have given pathetic response. I hope the complaint here will wake them up and i would get my money or my AMC for two years.
