I received a "great deal" for a 2-year renewal of AutoWeek Magazine. Turns out this is a scam company. I mailed a check in February 2008 and by April I had never received any magazines. When calling their customer service numbers they had no record of my renewal even though I have a canceled check that says otherwise. I did some internet research on Magazine Billing Services and found that other people are having the same issues with other magazines as well.

I have been an AutoWeek subscriber for quite some time, so I should have known better. All of their renewals go through them directly in Michigan.
