Ordered a magazine in July - it's 12/11 and still have not received a magazine. Voicemails go unanswered. Inquiries on their customer service online page go unanswered.

Almost impossible to get through on their 1-800 customer service line. I actually spoke to a person one time, who blatantly lied to me and told me she was going to put me on hold and call the magazine. She came back and said they told her it would be delivered late January - early February. I called the magazine myself today - they never heard of me. Liars, too!

You can bet my credit card was charged the same day I ordered the magazine though.

They're thieves.
