I am complaining because I want to cancel my subscription order for the magazine & I cannot afford these payments. Also I am really upset because they had took my money out of my checking account without letting me know. I think all of this is a SCAM just to get everyone's money!! I need to speak with a manager asap!!

The 800-459-6627 # is 'not in service' as of 11/19/10 if anyone has another number for me to try I would greatly appreciate it, have had terrible time with this company in regards to my TV Guide magazine that I paid for a 4 year subscription, they bill your credit card and get their money real fast but the magazine labels don't get updated and TV Guide stops after one year.

I paid for a subscription for a magazine through Magazine Readers Service, PO Box 25, Byron CA 94514. I sent my payment electronically in June '08, it is now Oct '08 and have not received a magazine yet. A month ago I sent a letter to the company's PO box and heard nothing back. There was no phone # or physical address for further contact info.
