Customer Service in Dominican Republic barely spoke passable English. Cancelled all additional magazines was assured everything eas OK. This month $70 gone for magazines. Called again was told the same thing. Got refund last monthin a few business days. When you call keep pressing "O" for operator no matter what the recording says. You will go to real person without having to go through "electronic" switchboard and numerous questions. Good luck!!!
