I purchased a Magellan Masstro 4040 GPS (refurbished) from Tigerdirect.com on Sept 11, 2008. When I received it instead of the package including an AC adpater (as listed on the box under "includes" I received 2 cigarette lighter adapters. I attemped to contact Magellan through their website e-mail twice and both times the email came back. I called them today (9/18/2008) and was informed that it didn't matter what was printed on the box as to what is included if it is refurbished, you get what you get. (This label is on an obviously refurbished, 'white' box.) On the inside of the box is a very large label stating, "Please do not return this product to the place of purchase." This is the very thing I was told I had to do from a Magellan rep. And yet, I still may not get the ac adapter if you get whatever is in the box.
