	May 22, 2008 Failure to deliver product purchased. Ordered magazine on 12/13/07 and credit card was charged right away that day. Order was never sent to publisher and magazines never received. Sent email inquiry to customer service 2 times in April; however, no response. Phone # to order magazines is no longer in service, nor is the phone # indicated on the credit card statement with charges. What a rip!!
	March 27, 2008 cc charged but never received mags! I ordered two different magazines on 09/11/07. BARELY started receiving 1 magazine in February...contacted magheaven.com via email, they assured me I'd receive 2nd mag by end of February '08, as they were "moving warehouse locations". Here we are the end of MARCH and still nothing. I tried there 877 # but it's no longer in service. I've emailed and emailed. I dont know what else to do. I've now sent another email requesting my money back! THEY'RE CROOKS! DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
	January 21, 2008 Non delivery of magazines! Ordered magazines in August and October from this site. None were ever delivered but credit card was charged. AMEX is investigating for me. They used to have a toll free # and someone would answer but that's been taken off their web site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
