I ordered a Magic Jack and had problems since the very beginning with sound quality. It was so bad I could not carry on a conversation. Then all my contacts disappeared on a regular basis. Their solution for the sound quality, try a new phone, after 3 phones the problem was still there. The unit finally quit working, and they were send me a new unit. Later in the day I received an email saying they canceled the order. Now they want the cash for a new unit before they will ship the replacement.
There is no way to contact except via live chat. They will not release an address or a phone number where you can make any sort contact. On a scale of 1 to ten their customer service rates a one, help only gives very rudimentary answers, and it takes hours, and hours, and hours, of time to get any results.
I will be filing complaints with the FCC, the state consumer consumer protection agency, the better business burea. If you don't have problems it seems to work OK, but if you do, there are no options available to the public for problem resolution.
