I purchased a 50" Magnavox plasma TV and extended warrenty and the tv is blinking red lights and will not come on. I have contacted Magnavox because that is where the information packet for the warrenty is from. I have called them and they cannot find the extended warrenty anywhere in their system. They said they do not honor extended warrenties from Home Depot where I purchased the product. I talked to Home Depot and they assured me that is where the extended warrenty is. I have talked to Holly and was told to fax the receipt and I did and they said they do no carry the warrenty. Where on earth is the warrenty that I paid an extra 300.00 for for and extended 4 years. I have been on the phone for a total of 10 hours so far trying to find out where my warrenty is and no one knows. I have done research on the net and found over 1500 of the same complaints for the same type of tv and no one is getting any results. Red blinking lights and no picture. There should be an instant reacall on all Magnavox plasma tv's instantly and they should all be replaced at NO COST to the consumer. If you go on line and start reading the complaints you will be totally amazed at the number of them. Page after page, complaint after complaint and NO ONE is getting any results. Who is willing to stand up and help all the people with this problem. What is the use in buying a 4 year extended warrenty when they do NOT honor it and cannot find it anywhere in their computers. Where are all of these warrenties put? in the trash? Something has to be done and done properly. Why cant you do something for these thousands of complaints? Who holds the extended warrenties for a magnavox tv and extended warrenty purchased through Home Depot? They say it is through Magnavox and Magnavox says it isnt. I have all the papers, receipts and paper work on the warrenty and I am getting the run around as thousands of other Magnavox customers are getting. Who will be brave enough to fix this and at no cost to the customer. Why is the same problem happening to each and every customer of Magnavox? RECALL ALL MAGNAVOX PLASMA TVS IMMEDIATELY..AND REPLACE THEM AT NO COST TO US. BE BRAVE LITTLE SOLDIERS AND TAKE A STAND AGAINST MAGNAVOX. We the consumers are tired of being screwed and not enjoying it. If I am and the other customers are going to get screwed by Magnavox we could like to at least get some pleasure out of it.
