8/14/07 RECEIVED CALL FROM SEARS WAS ADVISED THAT THE TECH WILL BE @ MY PREMISE WITHIN 20 MINUTES. WELL, WE BOTH KNW THAT A LIE OF COURE HE DIDN'T ARRIVE FOR SEVERAL HOURS THEN PROCEED TO OPEN UP TV AND PLACE BOXES AND PAPER ANG PACKING MATERIAL ALL OVER MY HOUSE WHICH CONSISTS OF MY KITCHEN, MAIN HAALWAY AS WELL AS MY LIVINGROOM. HE THEN ADVISE ME HE CAN NOT FIX MY TV BEACAUSE HE HAS TO WAIT ON ANOTHER PART WHICH AS TO BE ORDERED. HE ALSO ADVISED HE CAN 'T EMERGENCY ORDER , SO AGAIN I'M LEFT W;
