No Magazine
I ordered a magazine for my daughter's birthday gift.(Jan, '08)
They charged my credit card and no magazine.
I did contact them. (June'08) they stated it was on the way...
No Magazine and no more response...
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE LIARS, STEALERS...

Do not purchase form them
I ordered my father a magazine for Christmas. 6 Months later I have still NOT RECEIVED IT!!! I wrote to customer service stating the problem and they assured me I would receive it in 3-6 weeks. I wrote them AGAIN after 2 months and now they say the magazine is no longer available. How nice!

Rip off!
I ordered two magazine subscriptions in August 2007. December I sent them a nasty email. I got a response that they were sorry about what had happened and they gave me a choice for a refund OR if i still wanted the magazines. I did want the magazines and they said "no problem" . I got another email stating that he " personally put a rush on the magazines." and I would get them in or about 6 weeks... I thought that was great they were making things right. Well, 3 months later still no magazines and still no refund!

Product never arrived!
Ordered the New Yorker through Mags for less last April 2007. After not receiving months later, contacted them; they said they fixed the problem. In December, still no magazine. Contacted but only got automated reply that they would reply. They never did. Now when I contact them, I get no reply. No refund. Stay away from these people. They seem unethical.

Subscriptions never received!
I ordered 3 gift subscriptions and none were received. I contacted company and requested a refund. Never heard back.

Mags not rec'd - bank debited
I first ordered magazines july 14--no delivery came. Placed my order second time aug 3 -- bank statement shows 28.59 for 3 magazines--not rec'd.

MAGS FOR LESS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY BEWARE!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MAGS FOR LESS! I ORDERED MAGAZINES JULY 2007 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING AS OF YET! I WROTE 3 LETTERS AND HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY RESPONSE! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF AND IS A BIG SCAM! BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Order not received
I ordered a mag from them in Dec 06 and have never received it. I have contacted them numerous times and even spoken with someone once and not mag yet. They won't refund my money because my expiration date on my c/c has changed and they can't process it. They won't evn send me a check "that is not their business practice to issue a refund check but to credit your card." I have contacted an attorney about this and he states I have have a class action lawsuit due to the number of complaint about this deceiptive practice.

Never Delivered Service
The company took my money, but never delivered the 3 magazines. It is a ripoff! No telephone number to call and no address.

No Magazines, No refund
Despite 5 or more attempts to get this company to respond, they have not. I ordered magazines 7 months ago. I got one appeasing e mail after I complained stating " We see the problem with the order. we will resubmit it and you should receive your subscriptions in 2 to 12 weeks ( another 4 months to wait like a chump). No magazines. I have been ripped off. No refund though I have requested it twice.
