On November 30, 2004, I ordered and bought two three year subscriptions to PEOPLE MAGAZINE through MAGS ON THE NET (Magsonthenet.com) for our daughter, Kellie Eagle and son-in-law Layne Brower for Christmas. The cost of the total order was $549.90 and was charged using my American Express Platinum Card. The Ref # is 99321890028559. The order was very slow in being rocessed fo delivery in early 2005. In 2006 (2nd yr. of subscriptions) PEOPLE MAGAZINE informed both our daughter and son-in-law that the magazine needed to be renewed or delivery of the magazine would be stopped. I contacted MAGS ON THE NET and after a very lengthy process, the subscription was restored an they, again began to receive the magazine after losing some magazine because of this problem. Now, in 2006, the 3rd year of the PEOPLE MAGAZINE Subscription, PEOPLE MAGAZINE has, again, cancelled their subscriptions because of non-payment by MAGS ON THE NET. Upon learning this, I contacted them immediately (this was back in January). They checked their records, apologized and stated that they would immediately contact PEOPLE MAGAZINE in order to reinstate the subscription and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Well, to date this has not happened. I attempted to contact them via telephone on April 16, 2007. I got an answering recording stating that they would be closed for Passover and would return on April 16 and to leave a message for a return telephone call. After attempting to leave a message on a number of different extensions, each one stated that it would not be possible to leave a message because all recordings were full.

I then sent them an email message on their automated system. Today, April 23rd, I have still not heard from them and in attempting to telephone them, I am still getting the same recorded message that I received last week.

Needless to say, I am prepared to do whatever necessary to have these PEOPLE MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS reinstated and all missed copies of the magazine be accounted for and, as a minimum, the subscription be extended.

Anything that can be done to have you assist in this irresponsible action will be appreciated.
