no subscription received
In June of 09 I ordered two magazine subscriptions and as of today (9/19/10) have only received one (and that took almost a year and an act of Congress!!!)..Numerous e mails and phone messages have been ignored..Now the phone number seems to be disconnected.
Thank goodness I paid by check and not credit card...I would still like to receive Arthritis Today, but somehow doubt it will ever come through this company.

Failure to provide magazines after payment
I ordered a magazine subscription for Family Handyman from Mags4Cheap in May 2009. They charged my credit card but I never received any magazines. They do not respond to emails, and it has been too long to dispute with my credit card company. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH MAGS4CHEAP-THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE.

I have paid mags4cheap in full when they said thet will even give me 14 months instead of 12 i tryed to contact them and they said that they did not receive the pay ment from my credit card called credit card and they said they received it aug 20 th what a scam

Don't buy from them
I ordered 5 magazines from this company in May. I only received 2 of them. I have filed a complaint with their customer service twice and have never been contacted. I tried calling the phone number listed and the box is always full so noone answers.

I ordered a magazine subscription back in December of 08 and have not yet recieved one copy to date. Several attempts to contact the company have been unproductive

Rip off
Mags For Cheap states that after you wait three months for your PAID UP FRONT magazine subs, that you can call them to inquire of your delivery status. The phone # (877-932-6247) that they provide is disconnected. Another Ponzi scheme - no way to reach them, their emails to the customer are 'no reply' return addresses. Too bad sucker! Customer RIPPED OFF !!

uncomplete order
On November 26, 2008 I paid via my Discover card a subscription to Better Homes & Gardens magazine and Family Circle magazine that I had ordered from Mags4Cheap via my computer on November 9, 2008. Better Homes & Gardens is being received but Family Circle is not. I have been unable to find an email address for Mags4Cheap so I have been unable to voice my complaint. What should I do now?

Bad service
I dont know why everyone is ripping this Company. Ordered 4 Subscriptions back in Feb and received all 4 with no problems. Just ordered 3 more so we'll see if I still get the same great service!

Rip off
I ordered 3 magazines from this company on Dec. 19, 2007 as Christmas gifts. 2 magazines are being received. The 3rd and most expensive subscription, to People Magazine, has never been received. I emailed the company in mid April - after waiting the required weeks. The company stated that People would not refund the subscription price but they would. After several more emails, I still have not received a refund.
I have saved all emails regarding this issue.

I ordered puzzle books for my 92 year old father, was charged on 10/28/08 nad never received them.
