NEVER BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAM!!
I placed a magazine subscription order on MagsForLess.com back in 5/29/08. According to the email Mags For Less sent me on 5/29/08, my order was confirmed, and the first issue will arrive within six to eight weeks from the time the order is placed.

I had been waiting for over 10 weeks, but there was still no magazine sent to me. Therefore, I emailed them @ [email protected] on 8/7/08 to check the status. JAMIE DAVIS @ MAGSFORLESS SUPPORT replied me on 8/9/08 to say they sincerely apologize for the delay. They located my order and was able resolve the problem. I will receive my first issue in the mail within six weeks.

Another six weeks was gone. I email JAMIE DAVIS @ MAGSFORLESS SUPPORT again on 9/17/08 to check what is going on with my order because I still have not receive anything. I got no response from JAMIE DAVIS @ MAGSFORLESS SUPPORT. So I keep emailing them once everyday. Unfortunately, they never reply me again.

This company is a scam. They told me on 8/9/08 that I'll receive my first issue within six weeks (which I never receive) just because they could buy more time, so I won't be able to file chargeback with my credit card company after 3 months. Now they took my money, but never send me anything, nor reply to my email. I am screwed!!

No one should buy from magsforless.com no more!!

Magazines never delivered
I ordered and paid for two subscriptions for my nephew and learned months later they had never been fulfilled. Repeated inquiries to the company have gone unanswered. Buyer beware!

Never got magazines
They stole my money I placed two orders in Sept of 2007 and never got anything but, they charged me the day the order was placed. I wish I would of found this website before I just gave way my money. This company is a fraud they don't reply and the customer service number is a joke.

Never received the magazine!
On Aug.30, 2007 I placed an order for a magazine with MagsForLess. I emailed them Nov. 11.2007 to find my order had never been processes so I would have to wait another 10 weeks for delivery. Jan. 3, 2008 I emailed them with no response. Again Jan. 14, 2008 I emailed them again and no response. How to I get either my magazine or my money refunded!

Order not completed!
I ordered 2 years of Sporting News for my husband on 7/19/2006. Order #212912. When he had received nothing, I finally communicated with them in the fall and after several emails, he eventually received his first issue in Dec. 06. According to Sporting News the subscription expired as of Nov. 19, 2007 when it should continue for another year.

I have sent repeated emails and filled out numerous tickets on Magsforless website over the course of 4 months now and each time receive their automated email reply promising a reply in a few business days. But no reply has yet been received.

Never received my order!
I ordered two magazines from www.MagsForLess.com (or www.magazineforless.com). I never received these magazines. E-mail complaints only received automatic response, without any progress. It is fortunate that I only spent less than $10. It seems important to order in small amount, and validate with the magazine publishers. If in any doubt, ask credit card company for money back as soon as possible.

MagsForLess Took My Money, But Will Not Deliver My Magazines--SCAM
I ordered a magazine from MagsForLess exactly one year ago today. Initially, customer service would not even respond to my emails. Fast-forward 12 months, and I am still magazine’less after three rounds of empty promises with customer service, each one ending in the assurance that I would receive my magazines within 4-12 weeks. I have spoken with multiple customer service reps (most recently with Kim Scott, the "Customer Service Manager" who has replied to several complaints and falsely promised to resolve any issues), and they have all proved to be worthless and unreliable.

At this point, I could care less about the few measly dollars that I spent on the magazine subscription, or the magazine itself. However, the fact that they can blatantly and repeatedly lie to their customers, over and over again, and profit at the same time—THAT bothers me.

For the average-joe walking down the street, and for those of us that have been unfortunate enough to try and order a magazine from MagsForLess, it's painstakingly clear that they are running a scam. How can they possibly take peoples' money, continually tell them that their magazines are on the way, and then fail to deliver the promised goods? I could maybe see this sketchy business model working if they only charged you once the magazine was actually delivered (even if it was a year after you originally signed up for the subscription), but completely failing to deliver…that has to be illegal. I'm no lawyer, but many of my friends are. I have already asked several of them to review the little information available on their website (MagsForLess doesn't even post Terms & Policies) in light of my experience, and let me know if MagsForLess can be held liable for their faiure to perform.

In the meantime (at the urging of another Mags4Less victim), I am going to do my part and begin filing complaints with the agencies below. I urge you to do the same as well.

orders never received
I submitted an order on June 2, 2007 and have never received my magazines. I contacted the company after 4 months and was told that there was a problem but that if was corrected and I would receive my order soon. Here it is, three months later and I still have not received my order.
