I've been reading all of the complaints on this company. I rummaged through their site and found the site map. In there, you can find a letter from their "CEO", or something like that. Here it is...
Dear Customer,
Over the last several months a series of events have occurred that have resulted in a large number of customers not receiving their magazine subscriptions nor a timely response from our customer service team. As it turns out, we received more orders than our order management system could handle and as a result, the system collapsed. The collapse of the system resulted in some customer orders not being submitted to our suppliers and publishers, which led many customers to contact our customer support team with order inquiries. These inquires have overwhelmed the customer service team who have not been able to reply in the usual 12 hour window.
On behalf of the entire company, I am deeply sorry for any frustration and inconvenience this may have caused you. Please be aware that we have initiated major changes to make sure that these problems get resolved 100% to your satisfaction and never happen again. We have upgraded our order management system so it will now be able to handle a very high order volume. This upgraded system should ensure that 99.99% of all orders get processed correctly. We have also tripled the size of the customer service team to ensure that every single customer receives a resolution of their choosing. The customer service team promises to respond to all customers by April 2. I ask now for your continued patience through this time.
I personally apologize for the mistakes made during recent months and I assure you once more that measures are in place to prevent them in the future.

Undoubtedly, this is just another cover to keep people off their back. I don't expect to get my money back from them, nor should you. I would, however, think it a good idea for each of us to write the above email address and tell them all that's on our minds. Even if he doesn't get those emails, perhaps we can overload it with the sheer number of complaints. Its the least we can do for having had our money stolen from us.
