never got subscription
Ordered 3-yr subscription to Smart Money Magazine on 6/9/07. My credit card was billed #32.95 on 6/11/07.
I emailed them, and after first one, my emails "could not be delivered".I treied phone calls without reaching anyone. Last time I tried, I got a recorded message that I needed to call an international directory for assistance, at 1-877-261-8589. The message also said that the phone call would cost $5.95.
Since I didn't want to throw away any more money, I didn't call. It was too late for my credit card company to help, so I lost all the money I paid.

Paid for 3 years, only gave 1 year subscription
Ordered and paid for 3-year subscriptions to two magazines. Only received one year subscription for each -- and one was cancelled (not by me!) before the year was over.
REPEATED emails to the website -- no resoluti0n, only auto reply that they will get back to me. No one answers phone number.
Someone needs to straighten this group out! Look at number of complaints!!!

Magazines never received!
I ordered mags from magsonthenet in Oct 05 and yet have received any from them. You cannot get a hold of them by phone e-mail or any other way. I will do anything to let people know not to use this company. I called the BBB, the New York Attorney's office and let Google know because they advertise them on their site. Don't use this company ever!!!
