I bought the Nokia Handset from Shoprite. I am facing problems with the Audio (Telephone) quality. Even with the slightest problem in signal the voice is simply not audible - where as other phones(Nokia as well as other brands) in the same conditions are perfectly audible. With this instrument Voice breaks. I reported the complaints to the vendor next day itself and he simply refused to work on it ...As per him there are no problems at all. Further he thinks its no way his responsibilty after the instrument is sold. I rasied the complain with Shoprite Maangment and finally they agreed to take it to Nokia center...surprisingly enough Nokia Center cleared it as "Perfect" ...I thought that was the only problem with the instrument...now I realize that even the side volume switch provided does not work... I strongly feel that I had been sold a Sub-Standard quality product..Why I sholuld be struggling with the instrument right from the next day of purchase
Let me tell you that I had lot of trust on Nokia Brnad and for last 7 Years I had been using Nokia only...I feel that Vendor is selling some Grey market stuff spoiling Nokias name...stern action should be taken by Nokia on this Venodr.
