I am a prospective customer of Mahindra Xylo. I have paid the down payment and the cheque for the complete amount has been disbursed from my bank to the dealer 3 weeks ago based on the promise given by the dealer that the vehicle will be delivered on March 25th, but the Vehicle is not delivered yet. I have paid the down payment by getting a personal loan and have been paying interest for it.
There have been several attempts to understand the status but the dealers (Lakshmi Ganapathi Dealers, Warangal, AP) have been making false promises every day and they are not even providing an update and communication on the status. They have mentioned that there is no proper co-ordination between the plant and dealer. Knowing the reputation of Mahindra & Mahindra I cannot believe that there would be an issue with the plant or manufacturing. I would like to get this issue escalated to the upper management before I proceed with a legal action.
Please do let me know the escalation manager/point of contact. Appreciate any help that you provide me regarding this. Thank you!
