This is to bring into your notice that M/s Sonali Motors, Dealer, Mahindra motors, Patna is giving bad treatment to their customers.
I had purchased a newLogan from this dealer on Jun .2009 .
1. I complained of poor mileage & poor pick up to the workshop manager & he inspected it & said it was normal and service engineer said 15 KM /litter is enough .
2. After 5000 KM running, 1 litter Mobil shortage .
Several time complaining service center not responded. Strict action should be taken against such persons who harass the consumers.
