I did not authorize this company for any services, but I have been charged $215.48 on my Verizon bill beginning August 22, 2008 (billing date, due August 18). I am now being charged on my current bill of September 33, 2008 (billing date, due October 17).
This is sheer fraud. I am receiving no services.
Someone called me several months ago, and I at first agreed, but then they called me and said they could not provide the service, and so it was canceled. Iit was not MAINSTREET TELEPHONE, which is the name of the provider given on my present bill.
I want a refund immediately.
