The ups store is actually mailboxes etc. They shipped a package ups and it was lost. Two months later and 20 calls, countless hours wasted and I still don't have my money for replacement. UPS says its not their problem and "the ups store (mailboxes etc)" says they never got paid. So I'm screwed and still wasting my time. Don't waste yours. Find another carrier or ship direct from UPS.
