Checked my Centurylink bill today and there were 3rd party charges on it. USBI placed the charges, and the line items were universal service fund $2.13 and Mainstreet Platinum Pln $13.90. PLus tax, for a total of $17.39.
I called the 1-888-479-8724 billing inquiry number, and I was told that the service was first billed in April, then in May. The customer service department did not have a start date or enrollment date. They told me that the service was initiated online via my email address.
