This man was called to fix my furnace, which was not working. He came out and worked on it and replaced a part that cost over $500. The furnance started up and ran while he was here. The next day, it shut down again. He came out twice and looked at it, but never fixed it. He left me in the cold with a non-working furnace. Here merely replaced an expensive part that did in no way solve the problem.

During his trips he created and left a nasty sooty mess, tore a fixtue out of the ceiling with his careless work. He put the flu pipe on wrong and blackened my white aluminum siding on the upper part of house. He left several screws out, did not fasten parts back together and tore off duct work sealing tape he never replaced.

I also discovered he did not totally complete some of the work on the AC installation he had done a few months before. He blamed his lack of ability to fix the furnace on its brand, which he did not carry. He bad mouthed almost every AC place in town. He lied to us repeatedly about coming back to fix what he was already paid to fix. We now have to hire someone else to fix what he was paid to fix.

He is undependable, un-trustworthy and lies repeatedly. He is a smooth talker and oh so well mannered. Should people like this be allowed to conduct business in our community?
