Ordered the majic jack with the free 30 day trial. Although they stated your credit card would not be charged, they froze the amount as if I already purchased the item.
There is no live person to talk to, in order to get assistance you have to use LIVE CHAT. Which to me sucks because the person on the other end (SPEAKEE NO ENGLISH...or TYPEE NO ENGLISH...)
When I contacted LIVE CHAT to inquire about my account, the representative that attempted to assist me could not answer my questions, instead she kept repeating the same darn thingswhich was (You will receive your item when it's shipped) Duh!!! I know that, but that wasn't the question.
Anyway, at the end of the LIVE CHAT session I had the opprotunity to rate my experience with the representative 5 being the highest and 1 being the lowest. I rated her a 1.
About 2 hours later I received an e-mail informing me that my order was cancelled. Of course I contacted LIVECHAT once again, only to be informed by a Manager that the last representative (GLENDA) cancelled my account because I gave her a low rating.
WTF!!! What type of customer service is this? What's next GLENDA will be using my credit card to make personal purchases. What company in this day and time would allow such behavior. I'm sure this wasn't GLENDA'S first time cancelling an account for no reason, but rest assured they have lost a customer, and I have already mailed my complaint to the company, but it's unfortunate that the only address listed is a PO BOX. The only number available is an AUTOMATED service. THIS COMPANY IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
