Angry majicjack customer

Phone number
My family has to call long distance to talk to me eventhough they live in the same city as I do. They told me a month ago they would have the 920 area code available and they lied about that . Yes I can call anywhere I want for free, but my family is charged long distance to talk to me, pretty lame . And they don't have a phone number to reach them at for tech. support or any support for that matter .

Phone Number
Some one or some thing changed my phone number from a 928 area code to a 208 area code. This not only makes my phone unuseable in my area but now if I choose to continue to use it I must notify those in my phone book of the change. As stated before in other complaints there is no valid address or phone number to contact majicJack. And last but not least their "Change Phone Number" page is INOP. I am beginning to think we were hood winked while thinking we were getting some thing for little or nothing. Serves us right, I suppose 1

Does not work
This product did not work for me. The only way to get help is to chat online with a representative. They don't have a phone number to call for some who like to communicate in that way. I've had to chat 3-4 times with a supervisor because the representatives couldn't help me. I could not get a dial tone and could not toggle between "Telephone" and "Headset". After each time chatting, they all assured me that it should work, but the problem still stayed the same. After a while I just got frustrated and tired of it. Each chat session would last 1 hour each.

No Customer service
Magic Jack i received is not working. I have not been able to find any phone numbers to call or address to complain/mail back or ask for credit. It is quite frustrating to see a business stays open to business and provide no customer service

Scam
MajicJack doesn't work; No way to contact anyone to resolve problem/s. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! Am going to contact BBB, see if they can do anything...Though I doubt it.

Doesn't work and no customer service
Can't access voicemail; everytime I dial vm number or click on the vm soft button I just get a dial tone. No one to call or e-mail. No way to contact MJ at all...TOTAL SCAM! It probably wont help, but I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau. I'm deffinately going to spread the word on this scam as far as I can.

RipOFF
Every time I dial a number the call gets disconnected and I've tried everything the companies website suggests I do but still I have the same problem. Their website claims I can speak with someone live over the net, BOLOGNA, all I keep getting is a catch 21. No one to complain too but a regularly asked questions page. So here I sit a DISABLE person without a phone. I suggest you do your homework before you invest your hard earned money on this product.
P.S. I have been forced to buy a pay as you go cell phone. I could have used the money they conveniently removed from my pocket to pay for a real phone!!!

Susan : So, what you are saying is, magic jack is NOT available for Cayman..
Next Kenny said it was available, however, I couldn't get it in Cayman.
This went on and on. Seems to me they could be trained to handle a simple question. I would be worried about a real problem and how that would be handled.

Scammed
I ordered free trial and was told I wouldn't be charge. They charged my card immediately! I cancelled the order in the midst of this and could not get a response from their "live rep".
Cannot find a contact number for them either.
This is a scam! Contacted my bank and await pending charges.
Nothing but trouble.

Rip off...does not work
Majicjack is a rip off!!
It does not work.
There is no customer support, no direct contact e mail nor phone numbers available. No address to return stuff.
Total rip off!!
