can not use product,wont refund
I PURCHASED MAJICJACK FOUR MONTHS AGO. I RECIEVED MAJICJACK ONLY TO FIND OUT THIS COULD NOT BE USED WITH MY AREA CODE, THEREFORE ANYBODY THAT WANTED TO CONTACT ME WOULD HAVE TO PAY LONG DISTANCE. I SENT THE PRODUCT BACK TWO DAYS LATER AND STILL HAVENT HEARD A WORD ON A REFUND. I TRIED CONTACTING THE COMPANY BUT ALL I GET ARE RECORDINGS. I HAVE ALSO TRIED GOING ON THE WEBSITE MAJICJACK.COM BECAUSE THERE IS SUPPOSE TO BE A 30 DAY MONEY BACK GAURENTEE, THIS IS A SCAM, AND THERE SHOULD BE CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST THIS COMPANY! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ARRESTED! I WOULD LIKE 50.OO DOLLARS BACK LIKE IM SURE EVERYONE ELSE WPOLD TO.

lack of customer service
no customer service
cannot contact organization
no address on any literture
lost password -- company has system to recall my email address for lost password ---system states that it has sent info via email no email response msg after 9 attempts
I now have no long distant carrier becoause I discontinued service by local Quest
last attempt to use majicjack telephone service was so poor that I had to hang-up.
