I do not have enough air in my lungs, enough athleticism in my fingers, to talk and type about my dissatisfaction with the way I was treated and continue to be treated by Major League Baseball and MLB.com.
After being a loyal customer to MLB.com I am appalled by the way I was treated! Basically, MLB.com stole $500 from me! I have been dealing with their customer help (if you want to call it that) for 6 months now!
I'm going to the Better Business Bureau and a local news station consumer advocacy show.
Beware! Do not buy things from MLB.com!
