I was charged 69.99 which made me overdraft on my account all in which totaled 255.32
I ordered the Google cash CD for 3.99 a one time charge. The same day I received the cd I was charged 69.99 which made me overdraft on my account all in which totaled 255.32. I called and cancelled and I was charged another 69.99 which overdrafted my account again. I just want my money back and their phone is always busy. Another rip off was free Grant money instant access which charged 94.99 and will not give me back my money. I will never trust anyone online again.

These people are frauds
I ordered this kit from google, and they said it was only $2.17. Nowhere did they say anything about charging &75 a month. I got my bank statement and there was the charge from google with a Utah phone number. I called the number and the guy gave me a different number to call. I called that number and got customer service. I explained to them that I wanted to cancel my membership and they give me alink, which is www.millionairemission.biz/cancellation.pdf, and much to my surprise no form comes up for me to fill out for cancellation. I call customer service again, and they tell me that they have to e mail me the form which could take up to two days. By the time I get their form, if I get the form, my seven days will be up and I will be charged $75. I have cancelled my credit card, so therefore they cannot charge me anymore, but I have read a lot from people who is having trouble with them as well. I just want to know why is the Utah number on my statement. My financial institution says that is the person who took my money. His number is 801-824-7375, and the number he gave me was 800-761-7249. These people should be stopped from scamming people like they are. There are numerous complaints on them, so why are they still able to scam us?

Unauthorized billing
My experience was the same as others who have reported this company. I want to add that they have changed their terms and conditions page twice in the past 2 weeks or so.
The basic scam is that in order to cancel, they require you to get a link to a page where you can download the cancellation form. But even if you are able to do this, you have to mail the form in. Of course, by the time you get it mailed in, it is too late - they have already charged your cc the $69.95. So even if you succeed in canceling eventually, you are out $69.95 at a minimum.
The other part of the scam - You are supposedly paying for a membership which includes all kinds of resources, training, software, etc, which you can use to make money with Google.
I never received any kind of access information to this supposed membership, either by email or letter. I did speak with a rep to try to cancel the membership, who told me they'd 'send me the form', but of course I never received anything.
I don't believe the membership actually exists, as I never received any information about accessing it. I also have not received the CD.
I have reported them to a federal agency and will probably do some more reports on them.

Scam
Cut these scammers at the pass, before they take anymore money from you. Call your CC company and tell them about the scam and they won't let google take anymore money. Same with your checking account. Call your bank and tell them not to allow this company to take anymore money from your account.

If you read the Terms and Conditions on the bottom of your ad, it states, that if you would like to cancel, witin 3 days of subscribing, you can go to [email protected]. No such place. Again a scam. |

web-site do not exist cannot cancel
i went on-line to fill out appl for make 3, 500 with make google cash, but i called the next day to cancel the person said he would e-mail me a complaint form, so i went to my e-mail add but no form was there i called again during the said buss hrs no-body picks up phone recording office hrs are closed.

unauthorized payment
I am a single mother and this $2.17 starter kit to help me make more money for my family never arrived and now they are charging me $70.00 for what? I can not get ahold of any one online or on the phone and have disputed the charges to my debit card company. Hopefully they will help me figure out how to get my money and stop this scam!!!
