I travelled on Malasyian airlines to Beijing from Bangalore, India via kualalumpur on aug 1st 2010 . The flight nmber was MH193 that departed at 0:45AM. I had my Cosmetics bag checked in which contained my jewelery pouch that was stolen. I tried complaining in beijing and i was told i have to complain in india since the luggage was checked from bangalore, india.
I flew back from beijing on the 14th of august and tried calling Malasyian airlines office in bangalore and couldnt reach them . So i sent an email to the customer service department and got no response . I'm very frustrated with the behaviour of staff in such a reputed airline. We pay the extra money to fly in a reputed airline assuming service will be good and checked luggage will be safe .
This is really unacceptable and i'm devastated . Really appreciate if some one responsible from malasyian airlines can get back to me .
