I had a parcel coming from Mr. James Cardley in San Francisco, California, USA, and I was surprised when Malaysian custom ask me to pay $481 USD which I pay through Western Union. It was paid under the name of Mr. James Bruce because they told me that they're going to released my parcel after the payment was done. But when they received the said payment they still ask me to pay again $353.25 USD for Tax and Insurance of the parcel. Herewith is the tracking number of the the said parcel h23556453e. I am wondering because is this really the way of claiming the parcel from Malaysia?What if I don't have enough money to pay with?What will happen to my parcel?

demanded for Tax and Insurance fee before your package will leave Malaysia.
