Hi, refund is too much trouble .You need send it back and need afford the return shipping cost, maybe it is more expensive than the boots price .It is no worth to do that .It also will take you a long time to send it back since the heavily snow .Could we advise you sale it to other person ?Thanks .

They wanted me to sell fake boots to someone else...This company should be reprimanded because they claim they sell original boots but they dont.
