Purchased a virtual product (joomla template #33491) via paypal on 1 May 2011.
The site does not want me to download the product nor is the site administrator/s contacting me (when promising a 24hr turn around via automated email.
Paypal dispute does not cover virtual products, and a response from the website owner to paypal indicates that they have sent the virtual product which is not the case. I have even tried to phone him.
Cost was US $104
