Horrible complaint resolution
I ordered one of Mamabargains "randomness" boxes for my daughter. These are supposed to be worth $80.00 retail. I recieved a yellow hat and cloth diaper. Clearly not worth $80.00 I contacted the company and told them the situation. They made me send an email and it was promptly answered and I was told more items would be shipped to me to make up for the shortfall, and they were. I got a pair of blue shoes for a little boy. When I called them to inform them of the problem, I was told they were sorry and they hung up on me and cancelled my account.

This site is terrible. The customer service is terrible. I once bought an item while there was a "shipping glitch" and was never offered a refund for the extra money they got off me. After complaining about this issue, I was banned on the facebook page, later the page forum (the playground) and had numerous emails regarding these issues ignored. I have always acted in a professional manner while contacting them (something which is not true of their customer service reps. This company is not worth dealing with at all! And I recommend to everyone not to deal with them AT ALL!!

As other reviewers have mentioned, this company is very defensive if it is suggested that a mistake could be on their end. Also, they do constantly offer the same products over and over again. When choosing products to offer, they do not take shipping costs into account, so often there does not end up being very much of a discount. Especially since they will usually only get off season products or colors that do not sell well. This could be overlooked for that occasional good bargain, if it were not for the rude customer service support.
