We stopped in and met Marie, This woman is a piece of work! I asked to see the hardwood flooring she had advertised for $2.50/sf and she showed us the sample and it looked pretty thin and we thought for the money she was asking maybe it was worth it. I told her we were looking for 1200 square feet and she said she only has one and a half boxes for that price and if we wanted more the price jumped to $3.79/sf!!! I told her that the advertisement did not state that and she said she did not have to list it that way. She became very angry with me and my wife and we left very unhappy and completely wasted our time.
We found another place that also advertised on craigslist and that place was a pleasure to deal with. They are on Main street and Country club in Mesa.
Stay far far away from M&I Flooring. If they play games with pricing I can only imagine how the installation would have went.
