I had taken broad band connected with BSNL. Technical assistance for the connection was so poor and no proper guidance could be given. after lodging complaints I had set it right.
Mail box size was limited with 1 MB per attachments. Some times i receive mail attachments with just more than 1 MB size. Even after sending mails, BSNL simply says that only 1 MB is permissible per attachments. however, 5 attchments are allowed.
This is funny. Even after repeted request, this could not be facilitated while other servers extend all help to customers.
When trying to explain this to connected staff in the department, the approach from senior officers are pretty bad a and without human considerations. Simply, they treat us loike insects.
The staff could not even give the mail id of senior staff.
I had written at least more than 15 mails to web master in this respect and the replies I received are not to the assistance of the consumer.
The stff only says that I can send and receive mails through other service providers.
THEN WHY SHOULD I GO IN FOR BROADBAND CONNECTION WITH BSNL.
I am coming to a feeling that I HAD TKEN A WRONG DECISION IN OPTING FOR BROAD BAND CONNECTION WITH BSNL.
IN TOTAL BSNL DOES NOT LIVE WITH ATTRATICE ADVERTISEMENTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS THEY MAKE AND MY EXPERIENCE ONLY PROVE THIS BEYOND DOUBT.
