I put in an order to this online transgender prostetics shop on Oct. 22nd of 2008, it is now Nov. 15th of 2009, and I have yet to receive my order. I only ordered on thing and I read a notice on their website stating to give them a few extra weeks to process orders, that they were playing catch up with the over flowing number of orders they are getting. So I waited 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 4 months, 6 months, and then started wondering, "When the hell am I going to get it?"

So I sent them and email asking what was taking so long and if it was being processed and mailed, seeing as they put my check through in Nov. of 2008. No response.
Another 3 emails later, still no response. I looked on their website to make sure they didnt have a phone number, sure enough they dont. So I sent another, angry email of course because at this point I just want my $80 back. No response, of course.

Finally, Nov. 11th of 2009 I get an email asking if my address is still correct and stating that my order will be sent in 1 day after I confirm my address. Well guess what? Yep, nothing. It has not been 4 MORE days and still no package and no response.

So to anyone thinking they want to purchase anything from them, if you dont mind shelling out a nice chunck of change and waiting extended periods of time to receive it, if you ever do, go right ahead. Otherwise, stear clear of this website and do your research about any other company before you decide to purchase.

As for me, I hope I get it, but another valuable lesson learned. Damn it.
